here’s sweet corn pudding wanna share with all my friends :j

inggredients:

550g thin coconut milk(100g thick coconut milk + 450g water)

3tsp corn flour , 160g caster sugar

200g full cream milk , 7tsp agar-agar powder

2tsp instant jelly powder, 1 can cream sweet corn

method:

1) mix coconut milk ,corn flour, caster sugar n milk.

2) add in the remaining of ingredients n stir well.

3) stir n cook at low heat until boiled.

4) pour mixture into small glasses n leave to cool.

5) put into a fridge n chill for 2 hours b4 serving.
