香蕉杯子蛋糕
材料:
2个 鸡蛋
100g 糖
120g 沙拉油
120g 面粉
5g 泡打粉
40g 牛奶
2根 香蕉 (压成泥,可加一点点的Lemon juice以防香蕉泥变黑)
适量的南瓜子
作法:
1)鸡蛋 + 糖打至乳白,分次慢慢加入沙拉油,打匀。
2)加入牛奶拌匀,加入香蕉泥拌匀,最后加入已筛过的面粉及泡打粉。拌匀后倒入已经抹油上粉的烤模中(我用muffin cup就不用抹油上粉)。3)在表面上洒上一些南瓜子(也可用杏仁片或核桃粒),以350度烤30-40分钟。
