Ingredients A: (mix and leave for 10 mins)150g water

35g gelatine powder

Ingredients B:
200g mango flesh

800g milk

200g fresh cream
1 j9 `; s8 ?1 O2 e$ p
150gsugar
\8 g  k0 k2 {5 C7 A' D

Ingredients D:* `* E- ~- C+ p9 u( x/ ~/ T/ ~, ^
¼ tsp Mango flavour
) f, a$ d" D; p7 r9 Z

Method :
. liquidise mango flesh with milk till fine. Pour mango
puree into a pot, add fresh cream, sugar mix and bring

to boil, remove from heat

2. mix in gelatine
. add in mango flavour
. place the pot into cold water and stir mixture till cool
. pour into moulds, chill in the frige. serve cold
