ji jiu recipe…

鸡酒

用料:鸡(斩件)1只、火木耳半两、五花腩猪肉(切片)4两、花生米1两、红枣(切丝)10粒。 

配料:麻油、白米酒、姜丝、盐,各适量。 

做法:先将麻油爆香,再加入材料稍炒片刻,加入白米酒、盐,煮滚后即可。

    oo i 4got to add water liao.
    yes u have to add in water. if u got ‘pu tao jiu’ grape wine lagi best.
